Modular house “White” – 42 m²

One of our latest projects is the modular timber frame house “White.” This is a modern, bright, and exceptionally cozy home, where natural wood blends with minimalist design and contemporary technical solutions. The house is suitable both for permanent living and for relaxation surrounded by nature.

Exterior

For this house, we chose vertical wooden cladding, emphasizing naturalness and lightness. Large panoramic wooden windows allow plenty of daylight to enter, while the light green door adds a unique touch to the building. The gable Classic-type metal roof ensures durability and subtle aesthetics.

Interior

Inside, light whitewashed wooden paneling and dark walnut parquet create a cozy, harmonious combination. High ceilings with exposed beams give a sense of spaciousness, while the stove in the center of the home creates a special atmosphere of warmth. The bathroom is decorated with patterned tiles, maintaining stylistic consistency and subtlety. Heated floors in the bathroom area provide even greater comfort during the colder months.
